Easy to prepare and made in individual Ramekins, this recipe for Mincemeat and Pear Crumbles uses 100g (25g each Ramekin) of my premade frozen streusel topping. It also uses leftover sweet mincemeat from the festive season after making Streusel Mince Pies, Easy Mincemeat Crumble Traybake, or Apple and Mincemeat Squares and any ripe fruit you have in the fridge or fruit bowl.

- Mincemeat - Use any leftover Mincemeat you have in the fridge.
- Pears - Use firm or ripe pears. Tinned fruit is also fine.

Instructions
This method for making individual fruit desserts is a timesaver in the kitchen and is perfect for a quick pudding at tea time.
Preheat the oven to 180 deg Fan assisted and place a baking tray on the centre shelf.

Step 1: Peel and chop the pears into small chunks.

Step 2: Divide the sweet Mincemeat into the bottom of each of the Ramekins. Place the chunks of pears on top. Be generous with the fruit.

Step3: Cover the individual crumbles with the homemade Streusel Topping -about 25g per Ramekin.

Step 4: Place the Ramekins on the preheated baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 - 22 minutes until you begin to see the juices bubble to the top.

Leave to cool a little before serving. Serve with a dash of fresh cream, Mascarpone or ice cream.

Storage
Fridge - These individual crumbles can be made ahead of time and will keep in the fridge for a few days. Before serving, bring back to room temperature and heat through in a moderate oven for a few minutes.

Tinned pears are a great alternative. Remaining tinned pears can be added to muesli for breakfast.
